Kent Hanson’s practice is national in scope and has consisted primarily of defnding manufacturers in automotive and motorcycle products liability litigation. He has extensive trial experience in state and federal courts from coast to coast and has an active mediation practice. Mr. Hanson is a member of the bars of the States of Minnesota, Wisconsin, Washington, California and Ohio, as well as numerous United States District Courts and Courts of Appeal. He graduated magna cum laude from the University of Minnesota Law School in 1979, and is a qualified neutral under Rule 114 of the Minnesota General Rules of Practic

Mick Greene is an experienced civil trial lawyer with a particular focus on complex discovery, briefing, appellate work and motion practice. He has represented corporate and individual clients for nearly 30 years. He also is a qualified neutral under Rule 114 of the Minnesota General Rules of Practice. Mr. Greene is admitted to practice in the federal and state courts in Minnesota, as well as in the State of Wisconsin. He graduated magna cum laude from the University of Iowa College of Law in 1984.
Mary Bolkcom was a founding shareholder and became Of Counsel to the firm as of January 1, 2016. Her trial practice has focused primarily on product liability defense, emphasizing automotive matters. She is a member of the bars of the states of Minnesota, California and New York, as well as numerous United States District Courts and Courts of Appeal. She has been a frequent lecturer for continuing legal education seminars on product liability and trial related topics. Ms. Bolkcom graduated cum laude from the William Mitchell College of Law in 1980
Paul Darsow has 20 years experience as an appellate and trial lawyer. Paul’s focus on appellate litigation and complex motion practice enhances litigation planning strategy and assures a properly preserved record for appeal. His civil litigation experience includes a wide variety of personal injury, product liability, and professional liability cases. Paul is admitted to practice in the States of Minnesota and North Dakota as well as before the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth and Federal Circuits, and in the Districts of Minnesota, North Dakota, the Western District of Wisconsin, and the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas. Paul graduated from William Mitchell College of Law in 1998.
